Service Terms

These Terms govern tb.cushell.com ” a non-commercial Free IPv6 Tunnel Broker project supported by Cilix Limited, PeersIX - Jakub Krsa and Tritan Development. There is no SLA, no guarantee of availability and no commitment to commercial support.

1. Service nature

  • tb.cushell.com provides free fair-usage IPv6 tunnel broker and peering for approved networks only.
  • The project is operated as a free non-commercial community service.
  • The service may include GRE, SIT, BGP sessions, route filtering, monitoring and related dashboard functions.
  • Nothing on this site creates a commercial carrier, telecom, hosting, managed security or professional services relationship.

2. No SLA, no warranty

  • The service is provided as-is and as-available, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  • There is no SLA, no uptime guarantee, no latency guarantee, no throughput guarantee and no support response guarantee.
  • Routes, sessions, tunnels, filters, locations, traffic limits or access may change, pause or disappear at any time.
  • Maintenance, upstream changes, abuse response, security incidents or personal availability may interrupt the service.

3. Eligibility & account responsibility

  • Access is automatic for Tunnel Broker. Peering access requires manual review and continued trust.
  • You must provide accurate account, ASN, contact, routing and network information.
  • You must control or be authorized to use every ASN, prefix, tunnel endpoint and router you submit.
  • You are responsible for every packet, route, announcement and downstream network using your access.
  • You must keep contact details reachable and respond quickly to abuse or operational requests.

4. Prohibited use

  • Spam, DDoS attacks, phishing and cyberattacks are prohibited.
  • Viruses, malware, botnet traffic and malicious payload distribution are prohibited.
  • Adult content sites, illegal sexual content and CSAM are prohibited.
  • Tor exit nodes and anonymizing abuse infrastructure are prohibited.
  • BGP hijacking, route leaks, unauthorized announcements and traffic interception are prohibited.
  • Any act prohibited by law in the EU or any applicable jurisdiction is prohibited.

5. Routing & fair usage

  • You may announce only prefixes you are legally and operationally authorized to route.
  • tb.cushell.com may apply RPKI, IRR, ASPA, prefix filters, max-prefix limits and other routing controls.
  • Invalid or harmful announcements may be rejected, filtered or blackholed without notice.
  • Fair usage is determined at tb.cushell.com's sole operational discretion.
  • You must not resell or provide commercial transit without explicit written permission.

6. Abuse handling & suspension

  • tb.cushell.com may immediately suspend or terminate any account for abuse, risk or policy violation.
  • Notice is not required before emergency action, abuse response or legal compliance.
  • Repeated or serious abuse may result in permanent termination.
  • tb.cushell.com may share information with upstream providers, RIRs or law enforcement when necessary.

7. Logs, monitoring & privacy

  • tb.cushell.com may monitor traffic counters, tunnel state, BGP state and security signals.
  • Operational data may be retained as needed for troubleshooting, security and abuse handling.
  • The separate Privacy page explains ordinary account, cookie and network data handling.
  • Do not use tb.cushell.com if you require confidential or contractually protected transport.

8. User indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify tb.cushell.com and the operator from claims arising from your use of the service.
  • This includes claims related to your traffic, routes, content, abuse or unlawful activity.
  • This indemnity applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

  • tb.cushell.com is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • This includes loss of revenue, data, routes, downtime, packet loss or reputation damage.
  • For a free service, total aggregate liability is limited to zero unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Third-party networks

  • Cilix Limited and PeersIX - Jakub Krsa are sponsors but are not responsible for user traffic or conduct.
  • Those networks may impose their own requirements which tb.cushell.com may enforce immediately.
  • A third-party outage or policy change may affect tb.cushell.com service without notice.

11. Legal compliance

  • You must comply with all applicable laws, sanctions, export controls and network policies.
  • You must not use tb.cushell.com where your use would be illegal or create legal risk.
  • These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
