tb.cushell.com is a free non-commercial IPv6 tunnel broker. No SLA, no guarantee of availability, no commercial support.
1. Service nature
- Free fair-usage IPv6 tunnel broker — SIT, GRE and WireGuard
- Non-commercial community service
- No SLA, no uptime guarantee, no support response guarantee
- Routes, tunnels and access may change at any time
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and network information
- Control every tunnel endpoint and prefix you submit
- Keep contact details reachable
- Respond quickly to abuse or operational requests
3. Prohibited use
- Spam, DDoS, phishing and cyberattacks
- Malware, botnets and malicious payloads
- Tor exit nodes and anonymizing abuse infrastructure
- BGP hijacking and unauthorized announcements
- Any act prohibited by EU law or applicable jurisdiction
4. Fair usage
- 50 Mbit/s per tunnel, soft cap
- One tunnel per prefix
- Tunnels inactive 7+ days are auto-deleted
- No reselling or commercial transit without permission
5. Abuse & suspension
- Immediate suspension for abuse or policy violation
- No notice required for emergency action
- Repeated abuse may result in permanent termination
- Information may be shared with upstream providers or law enforcement
6. Liability
- Service provided as-is, no warranty
- Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability limited to zero for a free service
- You indemnify tb.cushell.com from claims arising from your use
7. Third parties
- Supported by Cilix Limited, PeersIX and Tritan Development
- Sponsors are not responsible for user traffic or conduct
- Third-party outages may affect service without notice
8. Changes
- Terms may be updated at any time
- Continued use means you accept updated Terms
